1. SINGLE STRAIGHT LEG GLUTE BRIDGE
This target tones the butt and back of legs.
Begin lying on your back with you leg left elevated resting on a platform or step. Bring your right knee towards your chest to create 90 degree bend at the knee and ankle.
2. SINGLE LEG HIP HINGE WITH GLIDER
This target tones the butt and back of the legs.
Begin by placing a light strength min band above your knees. Lying on your side, position your left elbow directly under your left shoulder with your legs.
3. SIDE LYING BRIDGE WITH MINI BAND CLAM
This target tones the butt, abs and side of the legs
With your arms resting on your chest and maintaining your left leg straight, lift your hip of the floor by focusing on squeezing your left butt. Keep the hip lifted off the floor for a 2 second hold and then slowly lower the hip back to the floor. Repeat this 15 times before switching to the opposite leg.
