The flesh-coloured side is crafted with an ingenious fine fibre fabric that gently abrades skin, boosting the lymph and drainage, and reaches down to deeply detoxify pores. The fluffy candyfloss-pink side works soap up into a rich lather to polish skin and prime it for product application. No need to scrub or rub either side. Just massage in circles over buttocks, ‘thuttocks’ (upper thigh) and hips.

How To Use
- Slip a hand into the pad and use the abrasive side wet or dry to massage buttocks and hips (and legs as required) to polish away dry skin and loosen congested pores. This gentle abrasive action will also charge up the lymph and circulation to encourage release of the trapped fluid that contributes to cellulite, and bring nutrient-rich blood to the skin’s surface, making skin feel firmer and more toned.
- Flip the pad, and if you are using it in the shower/bath, lather up the plush side with soapy water to give skin extra level detox, cleansing away dead, dulling skin cells and deep pore impurities.
- Hold your towel at each end and buff dry by pulling it swiftly from side-to-side across the buttocks to boost the stimulating effects of Buff-Lite. Finish with an application of Peach-Lite Super Lift For The Derriere to buttocks and hips; then apply Air-Lite Daily Lift For Legs from ankle to thigh.
- Hand wash in warm soapy water and hang to dry, or machine wash with like colours on a low heat and without fabric softener.
Frequently asked questions
Is this safe to use whilst pregnant? Yes, exfoliating has many benefits while pregnant encouraging collagen production to help reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Remember though that your skin is ultra sensitive (especially round bump) so be gentle. If you are concerned, we suggest you seek advice from your GP or midwife.
Is Buff-Lite vegan? Yes.
How often should I use it? Can be used daily, for best results use Buff-Lite 3 times per week.
Do you test on animals? No, we absolutely do not test any of our products on animals.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin? You can use Buff-Lite on sensitive skin. Do not exfoliate areas that are red, inflamed or irritated. If you are concerned about using Buff-Lite we would recommend discussing exfoliation with your GP.
Why should I exfoliate? Your skin naturally renews itself every 28 days and dead skin cells can gather on the surface making it look dull. Exfoliation helps to remove these skin cells preventing pores from getting clogged and helping to brighten and make skin look more radiant.
