Frequently asked questions
Safe to use whilst pregnant? Yes, these products have been formulated to be safe to use whilst pregnant but remember the skin round your bump is thinner than usual so if you use Exfo-Lite on your bump, be gentle! If you are concerned about any of the ingredients though in any of the products in our range we suggest that you seek advice from your GP or midwife.
How long will this kit last me? This introductory kit will likely last you a 2-4 weeks depending on how often you use them.
Do you test on animals? No, we absolutely do not test any of our products on animals.

Unique to Legology is the Lymphology® Complex, a family of blends mixed into our formulas which work to support the lymph, the body’s own deep cleansing network, to metabolise fluid retention.
In Air-Lite, Exfo-Lite and Sun-Lite the Lymphology® Complex contains:

Choose options
How to Use
STEP 1
Massage Exfo-Lite into legs once or twice a week, focussing on areas of dry skin then rinse off in the shower/bath.
STEP 2
Drop some Cellu-Lite oil onto thighs and rub skin in a circular motion from knees, over thighs, specifically focussing on rubbing skin in congested areas.
STEP 3
Use Air-Lite all over legs from feet up to thighs to depuff and intensely hydrate.
STEP 4
Use Sun-Lite as a skin finisher, rubbing into legs from toes to tops of thighs to give them a truly sun kissed, glowing look. Suitable for all skin tones.
