When I set out to create the Legology brand I was determined to develop leg care products that were different to everything that had gone before. My formulas would be groundbreaking – a properly new approach to leg care and cellulite. The record on the latter definitely needed changing – there was very little that actually offered an effective solution to cellulite, let alone felt good to use. 

Cellulite and the lymph

My understanding of cellulite and leg heaviness was that they were linked by the lymph. While external factors influence both, the common denominator is the lymph – the flow of waste to lymph nodes and out of the body. When this is sluggish (because we’re not moving enough) the congestion leads to fluid retention in tissues, which in turn causes heaviness and bumpiness around fat cells. 

So, it seemed to me that the logical way to improve leg beauty and health – and tackle cellulite – would be to support and promote the lymph.
